A stunning Tennessee Walking Mare.  That is a smooth ride and she is in training to pull a cart as well.  Also a small herd of Normande Cattle.  Normandes are know as the "Cheese Breed" in France for they give nearly as much milk as the Holstein and their milk is nearly as rich in butter fat as the Jersey.  Not to mention their bodies are shaped like a beef cattle,  and ..
